I love this phone it has tons of free, pre-installed applications, like Blackberry messenger, Blackberry maps, Facebook. I love the large, high resolution, easily readable screen. It is excellent that the security on the device makes me able to get my work email, complete with attachments, instantly, without being tied to my desk. This has made my life A LOT simpler. I have hade this device about 2 weeks and I love it! It has removable memory (up to 16 GB) and a long talk time removable battery. I also love that the on board music player is compatable with Itunes. It is great to have everything in one spot.

The blackberry storm was thought to be the iphone killer, but it has seriously killed any such hopes I had. First off, the screen is not very sensitive, and you have to press very hard to get anything done. Second, the built in blackberry browser may be the best blackberry browser yet, but that isn't saying much, as it's absolutely terrible. The blackberry storm operating system is not as convoluted as blackberries usually tend to be, although again that doesn't say much. I wish I had went with the iphone isntead.

I have had the Storm for about 6 months now, and can't find too many things I dislike about it. There is something satisfying about the click screen, and I have become so accustomed to it that I almost can't stand the iphone's touch screen. I do wish it had wifi, but the blackberry browser is actually sufficient for my needs. The only major leg up the iphone has is access to the Apple apps store, which is a bit more complete that the blackberry apps. Overall, I love the phone and would buy it again if I was to do it over.

I have a BlackBerry Storm 2 now for 4 months and in these months I only had problems !!! I moved over from another service provider just for the BlackBerry and I cannot believe it. This is my second 1 because the other 1 was dropping calls ... and everyone in South Africa had to return their BlackBerry Storm 2 phones. When the new improved BlackBerry Storm 2 phone was available I got mine. I was so happy. The new 1 is 10 days old and now I am having the same problems again for the past 3 days. I hate the phone and the Vodacom the service provider - how can I do business !!! Vodacom and CelluCity are not helpful and they just don't care after they sell you the phone !!! I must say that CelluCity is the worst in service !!! I have been with Cell C for a long time and I never had any problems !!! I am losing a lot of business - hence a lot of money because of the worst service I have ever experienced !!! I need a BlackBerry for my kind of work - but at this point in time I don't trust any BlackBerry and salesperson anymore. Can someone PLEASE advise me about the best and trustworthy BlackBerry available !!! Thank you.
